  • Can you ship outside of the United States?
    Yes, we can arrange shipping for orders outside of the U.S. Please contact info@brendado.com with the number of books in your order. We'll email you of shipping options and estimated rates. Thanks!
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Once your order is submitted, you can request a cancellation by emailing info@brendado.com. Please include your order details: Full name Date of order Order number Note: We can not cancel any orders that have been shipped.
  • What if I receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items?
    Returns are only accepted for items that are missing or damaged upon your receipt. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through Brendado.com. Or the official Brenda Do Books Amazon page. If your return is accepted, you can choose to receive: Replacement of the missing or damaged books Or a full refund for the missing or damaged books, minus the shipping costs You can request a return by emailing info@brendado.com with your order number. Please include a brief description of the issue. Note: All returned items must be sent back through a traceable means (such as USPS Priority Mail Service or UPS Ground Service) within 30 days of the shipment date on the packing slip.
  • Can I return an order?
